TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 724 CONSULTING, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SITE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
